are these endlers,seen somne at lps,look just like them.

No the mosquito fish is also known as Gambusia affinis, they do look simular but their not related and are evil little bugger's, will eat anything that fits in their mouth including their own fry.

I've seen then give birth turn around and eat the fry with in 2 seconds!!!

Endlers or Poecilia wingei are related the the guppy, but are the wild form and very nice in their own right
