So as some people know from reading all my rants I have a lfs that is near by that is just terrible! They were getting better after all the incodents,
-not giving me a return on 2 multies that were sick and died,
-not giving me a refund on some other fish because they thought that a Ph of 7.2 was way to high for anything but Mbuna or salt water fish
-the prices were way high, $3 for a neon tetra
- 16.99 for a l. occelatus, whish usually cost about $5-$6
and today was the last straw! I call in about having some floating plants that I no longer want because the have taken over the top of my tank, I was letting them grow outside in a live bearer tank, and I got sick of them., Being outside I didnt want them for my inside tank, as I didnt like it. I tell them it floating, and I ask if I need to bunch it up to bring it in there, they say no. I clean it out, and I almost pucked as there was suck a smell from them. I bring it in today, the guy looks at it and says in a snotyu voice " Theyre a mess, I dont want them" and thrusts thjem back at me. I say they were floating and give him adirt look.
That pisssed me off so much because of all the work that I put into them to make them all perfect and clean to send to the store, and the guy is snoty and rude when they said that the floating plants would be okay. Of course they are going to tangel up when growing for God's sake!
I will NEVER go back to that store unless they are haviong a going out of buisness sale.
