Okay well For some odd reson; my females keep getting all fat and very pregnant, and then I will wake up in the morning and they are all thin and light brown gravid spots. But they could not have had their babies over night because it would have taken weeks of pregnancy and we are talking 4 or 5 days! I do not get it...

Second. I went to check on the gups before I went to sleep last night. And well one of them looked like it had a disease. ( a female) So of course I put her in a seperate tank away from the other 2 and baby. The rest seem to be totally un-affected. And When I woke up this morning I was expecting her to maybe be dead or very sick. But she looked normal as ever. Swimming in her usual way. The "Disease" is like pale red on torn flesh kind of like blood, but nothing is hanging off of her. And little tiny white specs here and there. I think the specs are gone though. Could it just be a torn fin and flesh? I don't know how that would be though... I only have filter heater and plants.

Please explain!

sounds like you are over feeding them, guppies will eat till they pop, this also explains the red markings which is ammonia burns, do a 30% water change and check your filter is working ok? the reason your female purked up is b/c you took her away from the source of ammonia

So she will be better soon? Will she heal from it? And what is ammonia? I know my filter cleans the ammonia from the water... but what is it exactly?

ammonia is produced when the fish waste (wee & poo) starts to break down, its very harmful to fish and the first signs are red burn like marks. how are your other fish doing now?

Most filters do not clean ammonia from the water. What filters do is house bacteria that break down ammonia, and bacteria that break down nitrites into nitrates. Nitrates are generally removed by water changes. Plants will help with a little of each level. Ammonia and nitrites should be kept at levels at 0ppm. Nitrates should be kept under 20ppm.

FISH POO > AMMONIA > NITRITES > NITRATES > WATER CHANGE

Thanks. My other fish are totally normal. And she lost all her weird red marks and white stuff. So I returned her to the cummunity tank. Very happy to be there. She was getting kinda depressed without other fish. I did do a water change as you suggested. They all seem back to normal now. But still I am getting the weird dark gravid spot then next morning jellyish...
