moon lights

I have seen tropical tanks and marine tanks with moon lights and have bought some for my tropical tank and they look excellent

I have never seen them on coldwater tanks, is there a reason for this ie they make the goldies mad.

cant think of one...

Possibly because they are mainly used for viewing nocternal fish - goldies arnt nocternal.

ah good point about the nocturnal reason

i think i may buy some anyway as it must be a shock to be in "day light" then all of a sudden by "midnight".
