shes such a sweet little girl you have there my sister fell for her

he is huge looks even bigger in my tank if thats possible
once i put him in the other plec came up to see him woooo he nearly could fit on its fin

got to say you have done a great job with all those tanks

stupid ole me forgot to mesure him/her.....but id guess and as abby said hes got to be about a good 12inches and plump to match...like fricking concorde in my tank

Glad you like him Neil, he is a gorgeous boy, if only my tank was as big as yours . Anyway, so glad he survived the journey, was a tad worried he might get cold in his tub! Nice to meet you and your sis, best of luck with him.

no he was fine anyhow heating was on in car and only took 25mins to get home......sometimes takes more time to get home from other fish shops in bmth

You can´t put fish like that in tanks like that! it´s like growing up in a Toilet!

i agree with aquazy, your tank is far to small for that kind of fishes, but your tank is big enough for other nice fish!

ok you say holy crap...............i helped out someone on here who had it in a even smaller tank 1st...........
second reason iam upgrading tank very soon it shall be going for at least a 300 gallon tank<thanks for the concern as i feel the same but at mo tank seems fine every other day now tank gets a 200 litre water change........if you think its foolish helping out a fellow aqautic person then iam soooo sorry but its a couple of months fish is nearly full grown....if it went to a lfs shop it be kept in a 3ft tank so wheres the difference.....

thanks prw....i understand where there coming from but even when i told them iam going to provide a new largeee tank they still poceeded to say my fish keeping skills is awful....i rescue a fish to help out someone and put it in temp housing which is sufficent at mo....
just to say ive never really had any probs from my fish except a bout of whitespot about 5 years ago..
