Mollys And Guppies

i thought it was every mounth but the mollies and guppies ive got seen to have them every 2 mounths
ive had them for over 4 mounths and all of them have only had 2 lots of babies
but the platies i have are fin and havin babies every mounth

Guppies it is about 28 days between drops on average. With mollies it is often more like 6 weeks. Right now my molly looks very close to giving birth and it has been 38 days since her last drop. I expect her to deliver again within the next 5 days. This is her present body shape.

Usually it's about every month, you're right. One thing to consider is they might have eaten their fry, or depending on what else is in the tank with them, other fish may have eaten them. Sometimes fry can even be born, hide in the tank/plants for a while, and then suddenly pop up when they are older. I've had that happen a few times.

Another thing to consider is age - do you have any idea how old these fish are? And about how many fry do they usually have?

with the guppies though one has had a really dark gravid spot for about the last mounth and a half and the other 2 have quite dark gravid sports but hav been lookin big for the last 2 mounths
i dnt think ive missed any of the births becuse they would look skinier wouldnt they?
and i dont know how old they are but the times they have droped fry theres been about 15 and they where in the breeding trap so i dont think any got eaten

A drop of 15 fry from a guppy is probably about right for a very young or an aging female. A female in her prime would probably deliver more like 25 or 30. For comparison of shape changes during a pregnancy, you have my picture above of a molly that is getting close to delivering. This is a picture of the same female right after her last drop. You can see that although she is much slimmer and less squared off, she still seems heavy. Without the pictures for comparison, you might think she was heavy and ready to deliver the day after she last delivered.
