a couple of days ago in noticed one of my mollys got a swollen eye and i thought it had just been in a fight but just a min ago i noticed one of my other mollys had the same thing
it looks like theres clear liquid around its eye but it can still move its eye under it
there in a 14g tank
status are fine
what is it
and how do i treat it

I would guess it sounds like popeye, not got any experience in this field but it is treatable. If you look on a thread "Mrs Sharky" I am sure this fish had the same problem and there are some helpful hints on there.

If it is pop eye I have just checked on my Melafix bottle that can be used to treat it. I would isolate the fish first and if you can get a picture on here so someone can properly identify the problem for you.

i havent got a spair tank at the moment to put it in and my camra broe and the one on my phone you cant really make it outand do you know how long ago u saw that post because i cant find it

treat with melafix then preform some good waterchanges....as i don't know much on fish dieseases i would say you cant go wrong with melaflex until wilder pops her head up

i'm no expert but maybe formilin might work.i've used it on my chocolate gourami,my angelfish and one of my swordtails just last week.it has worked every time.but again,i'm no expert.hopefully wilder will be along soon.

yh that is defenatly what it has
the wedsites i read said isolate it 50% water changes a day and add salt
so ill try that and Melafix
