I have a orange and white molly that over the past 3 months has gotten large bumpy growths all over the body. Orange in color. She had a batch of fry and one of the fish is about 3 weeks old now, the whole body is one massive cluster of bumps and is growing clear bubbles on its body. Can someone tell me what this is. Is is contagious? Will the other fry get this disease eventually?
Should I get rid of these fish? Thank you, Chris

What are your water conditions. Mollies are susceptible to a lot of diseases if water isn't kept absolutely immaculate. Whatever it is, it is most likely contagious. Separate the fish out into a quarantine tank.

Is it ich? Does it look like grains of salt? I know you said clear bubbles, but I'm throwing it out there in case we're describing things different.

It sounnds like some sort of bacterial or fungal infection. Look up fish medications. Depending on where you live different stuff is available, so I can't recommend anything.
