Molly Pregnency

HELP!!!! I have a female molly who looks like she is about to give birth. Can someone tell me if these are the signs of them about to give birth: she likes to sight in a spot and wiggle around. She eats normally. She(today in particular) looked like she was searching for a certain place, keeps on going up and down the tank and her belly has a box shaped apperence. also she is a dark Ballon Molly so i cant see her gravid spot but she is pregnent. Also for my second Female Molly she is pregnent also but i cant tell if she is the same as my first one. She has a square shapeed belly, goes up and donw the tank and likes to hide

Sounds like she might soon, if her stomach is squared off, and she's seems to be looking for a place to hide, or going up and down the tank, she very well could be, I mean, I'm no expert, but it seems like she's getting pretty close at least! Does she have a little "white tube like thing" near her anal fin? if she does then she will most likely give birth soon. Good Luck! and hope I helped!

Ill have pics up soon and she does have a white thing near her anal fin and also she is acting very strange. she keeps on moving everywhere like wanting to find the right place or something.She is alone though exept for the one male in the tank who kept on following her and.... so i hope she gives birth soon

After mine had the white tube, it was about a day or two before she had her drop.. So hopefully yours should be anytime now.

I hope soooo. well i hope so if you have any other advise that would be good but the advise you gave me is good. and also how is my molly going to act when it is going to give birth

Umm, that I'm not sure of, I never actually seen my molly give birth, she always seems to have em when I'm asleep at night

Mine looks like that again as she's due anyday now and she has the white tube thing too, this'll be her 2nd pregnancy

Well nice this is mines 1st time since she is small and its her first time. i hope that shell give birth soon

Mine is not squared off today, she had a drop in the community tank a few days ago so she is rounded again. Right before one of her drops she was very squared off as you can see here. Size alone is not an indicator and as you say, color never really shows in a molly unless they are one of the rare ones with no body coloring.
