Livebearers need decent water and warm conditions. A filter and heater are needed unless the temp in your home is about a constant 78-80F.

Tetras are not livebearers but will gladly eat fry and yes they need to be in a group of at least 4

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeessssss!!!!

52 fry (approx)... unfortunatley she wasn't at the breeding tank when it happened since I had given up because I saw no signs of her giving birth and I prefered to return her to the community tank like 10 days ago and leave her alone.

I was sleeping at the time (8:00am) but my mom woke me up to tell me that there were like 10 fry, she had already lost most of her belly so I guess there were more than 100 fry that I didnt got to see but at least I got to save these ones.. ohh and those tetras are fast killing machines but thanks to the plastic plants and the bunch of Anacharis many fry were able to hide while I manged to move each one to the breeding tank

btw the water temp stays between 77-82F (that I've noticed night/day) at room temp since it's summer
