I've had some as young as 3 months begin to reproduce, I guess there are many factors.

It sort of depends on your feeding schedule, the more frequent the feedings the faster they grow. On average at about 3 months they are about an inch, at 6 months they look like small adults, at one year they are adults and after that they just get a little bigger.

If you push your mollies for maximum growth, they will resemble the fish in a shop by about 6 months but it will take another 6 months for them to be fully grown.
