Molly Having Trouble Swimming

My precious creamsicle lyretail molly is having trouble swimming and I can't stand seeing her suffer. Is it cruel to see if she comes out of it or should I kill her. I am crying typing this and I want the best for her. :'(

We will need to know how established the tank is, what the water chemistry is like and what you are feeding the molly to help you very much. A brief description of any recent maintenance activities might also give us a few clues to your problem.
