yay my first batch there are about 10 of them but only have a breeding net for now and the angel fish is circling like a shark but they are all well and doing good

one small prob some of the fry cant get into the bottom section due to their head being to big lol put some floating plants in there so they have a choice now

see how they get on in the breeding net now until i can afford a heater for my 17ltr tank then use that as a nursing tank

Your angel is a very efficient predator. It may be the proximate reason that you only have 10 fry when a single drop should produce at least 30 fry. You will need to keep your fry isolated from that angel until they can no longer fit into the angel's mouth. That could easily require a month or more of separation.

i think due to the fact i was half way moving the molly from one tank to another whilst i cleaned the main tank it might of stressed her and didnt drop fully or most was eaten in the holding tank as only new she was dropping as i found one in the tank at the end of moving all the fish so really i have no idea how many she has dropped just how many i cought
