Molly eye bulging

Hello, need a bit of advice

My female Molly (who is potentially pregnant) seems to have one bulging eye, none of the other fish i have have this but that one


What can do to help this fish? I can't quarantine as dont have another tank..

Could anyone recommend anything I could buy on amazon that won't affect all the fish

Most likely genetic, so not much you can do.
