Molly emergency!

I have 2 black mollys in my 22 gallon tak along with various other fish, all of which are doing fine. but....ONE of my mollies keeps hiding behind the same plant, and only comes out now and again? any suggestions on why? i need help!

Is it new to the tank? newly added fish will be more timid and scared and will often seek shelter by decor or plants as security.Give him a couple days to settle in. Is he eating? Or is there any bully fish thats picking on him? study your fishes behaviour for a day and look for any signs of disease or aggressive fish.
