hi my dalmation is droping fry i have a breeding net but need a way to stop fry from getting eaten by mum, something for the fry to drop under so she cant get them.

sorry i have never used a breeding net, but do you have some dense plant's you could drop into the bottom of the net so that they can hide in them.

you could try as long as there are no sharp edge's and the mum can't get stuck in the hole just watch you don't stress her to much.

got a metal cooking sieve or can get plants from the garden. dont want the fry to be eaten, she was starting to get really aggressive. what about part of a plastic raincover with holes in?

no we have to improvise. not sure what with though.

hahaha I have the best solution for keeping fry in same tank without getting eaten :d:D:d:D.

Get a Sieve like this one:

TURN IT UPSIDE DOWN and put the fry underneath it that way you can keep both in the same tank :D.

the Sieve could be a sort of nursery :D

using the mop holder of a bucket. any more ideas would be appreciated thanks for your ideas so far panic attack almost over!
