Am asking for advice for a friend of mines dalmation mollies... 1 thought to b a preg female died a couple of days ago no odd markings on the skin and all fins and tail intact, then the other thought to be a male started acting wierd at first we thought it was lonely but then last night and today it has bloated out and has got yellow markings on its body and is swimming at the bottom of the tank it doesn t seem to be able to swim back up.... can any one help her please??

Try a shelled pea to make sure she isn't constipated, can she maintain her balance in the water, are scales protruding outwards, the yellow spots are they tiny with a golden colour to them, also is she flicking and rubbing against objects.

it doesnt seem able to keep upright in the water, it is layin on the bottom of the tank on its side, it also rubbing itself on the gravel wen it does eventually move, also its eyes seem to be popping out of its head, they both seem swollen...
