ok bought some mollies and my bettas attacking the its been at it for about 3 and a half hours what can i do my breeding trap currently has baby guppies in it

Take them back to the LPS?

You can always make an emergency betta house by cutting the bottom off of a well cleaned old plastic 2 liter soda bottle, and hanging that in the tank. The betta may or may not get used to the Mollies.
