Mollies eye looks like its going to pop

I just treated my tetra, barb and mollie comunity tank for ick or what i think is ick. Happened really fast in maybe a day at most. Got a few new fish for the tank 3 weeks ago. My tiger barb and a few of my black mollies have white spots all over them like ick but then my one black mollies eye is also swollen. Looks like its going to pop. Is this ick or is it something else i have to treat. Its a 20 gallon tank with:
3 black mollies
2 delmasion mollies
1 pleco
1 catfish
3 guppies
3 neons
1 cherry barb
1 tiger barb
1 bala shark

PH= 7.8-8
Ammonia=0
Nitrite=0
Nitrate=40
I treated the tank with "quick cure" ick and parasite medicine.

Also i didnt take my carbon out when i treated i forgot to will that kill my meds or does it affect them???

I believe the carbon soaks up all the meds and makes them useless..

Thats what it looks like except there is lots of ick looking stuff around it as well....can i treat it with a ick med or should i be using melafix and if so do i treat the ick on my barb with ick med or how do i treat this.

I used Interpet no9 on my Mollie that had popeye. It worked very well, it's eye never went back 100% but all the white went and the eye went down to almost normal. You have to take the carbon out because it absorbs meds. Good luck.
