Mollie Help!!!!!

I just bought two mollies today and one of them stays at the top of the tank and eats the air bubbles and sometimes just nips at thin air, then it will come down to the middle of the tank and open it's mouth and let out air. I have a biowheel filter system, my water is in excellent condition, and all of my other fish are doing fine-including my other new mollie. I have a 25 gallon tank with: 3 zebras, 3 black skirt tetras, and now these 2 mollies. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Do you have any airstones pumping air/oxygen in your tank?

Just agitate the water surface a bit more to make sure CO2 is diffused out and O2 is diffused in.
