Mollie getting chased

Hi guys. One of my silver mollies is getting bullied by the others. I'm going to move the molls anyway from 13g to 27g but would it be best to move the bullied one first or move them all and just try and diffuse the aggression with the new surroundings?
There is one male and 3 females and it's a female being bullied by the other females.
They all have a pop at each other but she gets the worst.

Grumpy old mollies are the worst of the livebearers for being aggressive, you could try moving them to see if it sorts itself out.
