They will almost surly already be pregnant.

Depends on what fish you are keeping, if it's just mollies then u can rear the fry with the adults but they eat a few, if well feed most will surive.
If you do have lots of fish though they will eat most of the fry as all fish love to eat them!!!

Sorry but the tank is a little small, you could expect 20-50 fry from each female once a moth, even id only a couple surive you soon be over stocked.

The very best food is Newly hatched brine shrimp, but not many people want to hatch it on a small scale.
Live Daphina is also great. Just simply crushing flake food is enough for most fry though, and then finding some live foods as a treat is good enough.

I find that my molly mom is a great mother, for a livebearer, in terms of not eating fry much. This is a picture of my molly mother with her week old fry. I never did separate them but moved the mother away from my other fish to reduce predation. The picture was taken today.

When they were first born I caught this picture of mother and fry after just a few hours.

and a closer picture of just the fry at that time.

alright thanks what sort of signs and when can u tell if a fish is pregnant?

The thing that I look for is that the female become "squared off". Her abdomen will have a squarish look to it as if she had swallowed some rectangular object and the corners were being slightly hidden by a covering of flesh. There is a thread by 5teady on this site that shows pictures of fish approaching the delivery date. A link to that thread is called "ready to pop" in my signature area.
