Looks like a boy to me, but would need a close up of him/her but at this stage it looks like a boy to me what with the pointed anal fin rather than rounded one for females.

I am not at all sure from that picture. An extremely long lyretail is also likely to have long extensions on every other fin. On a female, that can look like a gonopodium unless you can get a good closeup picture. LadtBogusz had the right idea. A closeup picture could remove most of the uncertainty.
