hey ppl, im wanting a new phone. It needs to take pics/vids and have bluetooth. pay as u go

what phones and where to get plz. :good:

cheers

i love my samsung d600 and they are fairly cheap now,

I've just got a motorola razr, I don't like it much at the moment, but hopefully it'll grow on me...my last one was a nokia 6111, I liked it, but it was a bit temperamental.
I'm on Tesco mobile, they seem really good (at the moment),alsogive £20 credit with all their mobiles

Not sure on the prices for pay as you go, but the Sony Ericsson K800i is a very good phone. I have it one T-Mobile 'Flext'. It's kinda like a mix between PAYG and Contract: you pay a monthly fee, but it is up to you how you spend it.

Got a Nokia N93 - great video and pictures and a good alround phone
Also got an Orange SPV M600 - nice bit of kit as well

Sons got a D600 and thats a real robust phone with great pics

got a nokia n73, camera's really good on it, don't really like it as a phone though, it's tricky to work out why as there's nothing really wrong with it, figured it out the other week though, the layout and functions of the keys are arranged really badly, i've had it 6 months or so and i'm forever deleting text messages and opening the wrong things up, not just a case of me getting used to it, the buttons just seem to be arranged really strangely?!!

my son has got an N73 and he loves it - it was his 15th birthday last week and he had an SPV M600 cos it was "dead cool" - he's now give it me cos he hates it and has gone back to his N73 cos he loves it and I have to say that although it has the same camera as my N93 it is by far a better picture out of the N73.

I have just got a K810i and I love it. Camera is awesome. Not sure if you can get it on PAYG yet though

Also had a M600 although I have sold it on Ebay - good but a bit too annoying to text on etc

had a razrv3 then a razrv3i and now a krazrk1, all motorola, no problems at all, i will be sticking to these. :)

my k800i is brill, no need for my digi camera now, the phone ones better!!

I got the P990i and after doing a firmware update it's pretty good.

there is not much to choose between phones, atm. but the software problem on th SE p990I is a good indicator of the brand, nice phones, shame they dont all work! SE also tend to be very fragile!!

if you want bells and whistles, i would look no further then the Nokia n95. or just a good solid phone, in which case i would say the Nokia 6230i. (old tech i know), but as a construction worker i carry mine every where, and do what i will, and it still workes every time i need it. the Samsung D600 is of the same cast as the 6230i, but with a better camera, though you can change the shell on the nokia. fashion wise there are a whole batch of phones from samsung and nokia, that have nice spec, but my well need careful looking after to keep them going. an odd phone is the motorola L6, a very slim phone, with an average camera. but it too seems to be very strong and reliable, i watched one drop from over 6 feet and explode, but it all went back together and is still working fine.

Just got my handset upgraded - to a Nokia 6288 so far very impressed - camera isn't the best but as I use a digital SLR when I want to take a photo that part does not bother me...
