Mixing Lights?

I am basically a noob when it comes to lighting, I have had a 32 watt on my 75 gallon for 2 years now,but i just started trying out live plants, I bought a new double 48' light but it didnt come with bulbs so i just grabbed a Power Glo and a Life Glo, Now i hear that they give off diffrent coloured light, so will the mixture of the light be okay for the plants?

i use a 15w flouraglow and a 20w colorglow on my 27 cube and my amazon swords grow pretty well.
