Missing my fish

This is not one of the things you need therapy for.
Have you asked yourself what are your fish doing now? Are they throwing a party? Is it a mass spawning? Do they even care if you're gone?

Like last year when I went to Mexico to be the tourist and the fish collector, just the first day when I was in Mexico my thoughts were at my fish. But then I told myself to trust my niece's partner to take care of those fish. And actually, he's always been taking care of them. But in some way it's like leaving your own kids at home... the worry that comes with it...

Well, my fish won't miss me when I'm gone as long as someone is feeding them...

I was half joking that gwand's fish don't miss him nor care that he's gone.

We seem to think our fish are happy to see us when we walk up to the tank. But really the fish don't care which human feeds them as long as there is a human to feed them. Then if you get an automated fish feeder they could care even less about you. Then you're not even the "Food God" your just the "Big Hand"
