Although I am not happy about the quality, I am happy with the effect. The blue is dead at the moment, I'm waiting on a replacement. But I added 1 laser module, I'm adding a second also.

At least tripods are cheap so I can eventually get away and get rid of my hand blur.

It's actually supposed to be good for them. It's just like a single laser pointing in the aquarium. Like the laser pointers, but static, non-moving.

As for the laser, I do not want to get into a debate. But the size and output of the laser in that article that does eye damage is much greater than what comes in this unit, much greater.

The way the damage is done is because of the heat generated by such a larger laser. Those lasers, when pointed at a piece of glass, would cause it to melt in about 15-30 minutes. This is smaller than the little laser pointer.
