Minimum Tank Size For A Pair Of Multi's?

Just wondering what the minimum tank size would be for a pair of Multi's?

Sorry, but which multi's? If its the shell dwellers, then two pair can be kept in a ten gallon.

It's just that i have a spare 35L tank sat doing nothing

Would work well enough for a while, but you'd have to move some out as the fry grow and mature. Best setup would simply be to several dozen (or more) shells to maximize available cover. I've seen a small multi tank set up that way, with an amazing number of fry scooting around among the deep shell bed.

Just to add , I have seen successful multi colony in small tanks similiar sized to the one you mentioned, as above , deep shell bed seems to do the trick, I have also kept a male and female kungweensis in a 18"x10"x10"

Just do it bud, you know you want to, I'm setting up a new shelly tank as we speak LOL, also spotted some punctatus fry so ho hum theres another excuse to get another fry tank built LOL, if this keeps going it will be a shed getting built in the new year with me sitting in its floor wwrapped in a blanket with a one bar fire surrounded by tanks LOL, just do it mate, she'll love them, think of it a an Xmas gift

The Daffodils may be back on. Been to look at some Malawi's today and i am unsure they do it for me. Found some Daffs for £6 each plus postage which i thought was good.

Nice choice, I found some F1 locally at a really good price, not enough tanks though

Dunno much about them but same family as brichardi so probably loads of rockwork, the young ones I saw had some nice colour coming through
