as my 2 firemouths have grown in the last 6 months i know i defo have a male but really not sure about the other one but it has the fin shape of a female but always flares its red throat thing at the other one, but always backs down and the male sorta sends him/her to a norty corner where him/her will sit for the next half hour its been like like for about 2 months but him/her is starting to loose a lot of its colour, still eating fine thou.
so i was thinkin about seperateing them? i would say there about 3and a half" each i only have a 18gal spare tank .
