Anyone heard of any types of miniature loaches similar in size to pygmy corrys?

I'm not sure what the smallest loach species it, but I don't think theres one comparale sizewise with pygmy cories...

The smallest I know of is botia sidthimunki aka dwarf loach/chain loach.

They tend to max out at about 2".

Very hard to find, bit expensive, and not sure but they may still be on endangered species list...

Next small loach I can think of is the khuli loach

Yeah according to Loaches.com Sidthemunki are on the IUCN red list.

I have 6 botia sidthimunki at the moment and they are a lot bigger than 2".
They cost me £10 each
Lovely fish. Like to be kept in a shoal though.
I don't think you will get a loach as small as Corydoras pygmeaus. If there is I certainly haven't seen one in all my 30+ yrs in this hobby.
Yeah according to Loaches.com Sidthemunki are on the IUCN red list.
I think they can breed them now in fish farms in the Far East using hormones etc.

There is one loach that is the same size as C.pygmaeus (3cm)
Pangio goaensis Indian Kuhlie loach

I'd say they would be around 65-70mm.
