Well i still always have my 35g
and after my vacation fiasco im still re builing and i have a couple of questions
i only have...hmmm....46w in the hood which only makes 1.3 wpg
so a couple of hours ago i rewired my hood and managed to get another fluorescent in there which was only a 14w(only one in the house) but im gonna replace it with a 23w, so that would make 69w which would = 2.0wpg if you round it off
my question is: i still have room for 1 more flourescent bulb (i dont use the tubes, i use the screw in flourescents) should i get another 23w bulb for the hood which would make 2.6wpg?
i really want to grow a nice carpet of riccia if possible; or even just make my java moss carpet grow faster.
I use co2 and does ferts every week
what would you do?
is it worth it? 1.7wpg to a 2.6wpg if i change the 14w to a 23w and add another 23w?
P.S: if your iffy on screw in flourescents you should give them a try! theyve worked good for what i have so far B)
