I would like. To get a midnight clown, and I was thinking of trading freshwater fish and plants for one. One question, can I keep one with a regular ocellaris in one tank? It's a nano.

What size tank is it? I'm not familiar with the name "Midnight clown" but,
The rule with mixing clowns is you can only put two of the same species in together. So, if this midnight clown is a variation of an ocellaris, then yes, you can mix them.

It is a ocellaris clown. There are clownfish called "designer clowns" that are just varieties of the ocellaris and percula clown. Examples midnight clown, An all black clownfish, snowflake, an orange clownfish with stripes resembling snowflakes, platinum, an all white clownfish, domino clownfish, an all black clown with one or two spots. Dominos are just midnight clowns born with spots.

I'm aware of clownfish varieties... just did not hear of a "midnight clown" before by that name. If it is derived from an ocellaris, it can be mixed with a regular one.

I thought you were :good: Only problem is, midnight ocellaris clowns cost 100$ at my lfs! :shout:
