Micro Worms

hi guys i have brought some micro worms culture from ebay and ive had it setup for a while now
(i keep it on top of my tank for the warmth)

1.do any of u know how i can tell when im ready to put some into my tank

2.what methods are used to get them in there that work.

3.what temp should i keep my community tank at ( guppies platy pleco ell loach)

4.i seem to have an aggressive female ( not heavly pregnent) do any of u suffer with this problem i know of aggresive males but females?? first time ive had this kinda problem since i got rid of all my bloks to a friend.

Microworm seem pretty small to feed what you have there but anyway. (usually used as a fry food)
when they crawl up the sides of the recepticle you have them in then wipe them off with a small artists paint brush Taking care not to transfer any of the medium to your tank.
