Has anybody got any idea how to raise you own micro worms? What do they eat? what environment do they like? I have just got some and would like to make more!!

P.S cant think of the word for worms breeding!!! :*)

Microworms are SO easy to culture. This is all I do:

-Soak brown bread in warm-ish water
-add yeast on top
-dump some MWs on top

There's usually a good amount of them after a few days :)
