After months of peaceful cohabitation, my betta has decided to snack on my micro rasboras. Would it be safe to move them to my tropical tank? The tank has glowlite rasboras, male guppies, sparkling gouramis, and cory cats. My concerns would be the guppies and the gouramis, mostly just because of the size difference.

If I have to, I'll set up a tank just for them, but I'd much rather just add them into the community. The tank is heavily planted, so there is cover.

not much mouth size difference between a betta and a sparkling gourami, is there? Although I'm not at all sure about the eating habits of the gourami.

I'd say there might be a risk - but your current situation is a known risk so can only help to try the move.

Not really...the sparkling gouramis are quite a bit smaller than a full grown betta (but of course still quite a bit larger than a micro rasbora)
