Melafix?

I saw a bottle of melafix at the storet he other day that claims to be a natural cure for a variety of fish diseases. Is this a good medicine for bettas? what do you guys use?

Melafix is good for mild problems, such as torn fins, or mild finrot. I've used it with success for these problems. I use a lower dose when treating bettas though.

I use melafix if my bettas tails/fins get split. It speeds up the healing process very well.

I use it in really low doses, am using atm with salt to heal a chunk of missing flesh from one of mine.

I use pimafix but it has a very disinfect y smell to it. I never use full dosage though.

I'm sure it works great if the betta doesn't carry on nipping itself, DESPITE changing tanks AND rooms to keep it amused
