I had used some medicine in my tank and after it happened we noticed it said that it could stain. Well the seams of the tank are clear silicone I guess and they are now stained blue. The tank is up and cycled so I don't really know what to do. Will this go away after time? Is there anything I can use that is safe or would removing the fish and adding a bunch of bleach help? Would it turn it yellow? Would it even help since it isn't going to white.

Thanks for your help!

What medicine did you use, was it NOX-ICH? If so I used it in my 10g and it had clear seals and it turned it blue then in a few months or so it went away now its clear again.

Alot of the Ick treatment that colours the water either green or blue can stain the silicone but I wouldnt worry too much. When it happened to mine it gave a nice colour to it.. then it faded after a couple of water changes.

Same here, it looked quite cool really but faded after few months. Don't use anything to remove it you could end up contaminating your tank, although you could try rubing it with a (safe) sponge.

That used to bother me with my first tank too. That's why now I have black siliconed tanks. I guess you'll just have to live with it.

I quite like the effect TBH! It does fade, but over months rather than weeks IME.
