Meds And Plants...

I am treating my fish at the moment for some fungus infection. Hopefully this will work but I see some of the "white fungus" has transferred onto plants and wood in the tank. Should I bin all the plants and wood after treatment or will the meds solve this?

Also....after the course of meds is finished and hopefully the problem has gone, would it be best taking all the gravel, plants and wood out if they might still harbour some of the bacteria or is this unnecessary?
