Medicines For Fin Regrowth?

are there any medicines easily available in the uk that help to repair fin damage and get the fins to grow longer and repair? thanks

assuming theres no infection etc the nothing more than extra waterchanges is needed .

there was an infection, i think its cleared up now, i treated it with waterlifes myxazin as it was something like fin rot(but no white on the fins)

agree with mark, just plenty of fresh water will repair most fin damage.
