It goes in the water, and on the food. Often with internal protizoans the fish will not eat, requiring the meds in the water. Once they start eating it gets right to the problem. I use both at once, as many do, with much success.

11/10/09 - I moved sick fish to quarantine tank; updated symtoms.

EDIT: In the last few days, in the fish w/ a severe case, I've noticed laboured breathing and darting as well as severe case of definite clamped fins. Below is the updated symptoms.

Symptoms

-Laboured breathing
-Darting
-Once I see symtoms, about a week before death
-Clear/White Poop
-Very Aggressive right before death.
-Clamped Fins
-Blueish/Cloudy like spots on fish.
-Shyness most of the time
