Media changes

Just bought a Eheim pro II 2026 and was wondering how often I should change the media, I know some people keep it in for months.! For those of you who don't know the media set up its got,

1 blue pad.
1 white pad.
Ehfi Mech.
Ehfi Substrat.

The only bit you need to change is the white bit, The other bits should be rinsed in aquarium water when dirty. Dont buy the expensive branded replacements for the white pads, You LFS should sell you big sheets of it really cheap.
I change the white pad every week.
