Med ok?

Hi in an earlier post i said about my female guppy with sort of cotton wool but also red scratches so it looks i was told to get no 9 anti internal bacteria med, which i have but if i do the whole tank and that is not the disease would it be harmfull, and also is this med ok with clown loaches?

I have had good advice on this topic but just asking before i finally put it in!

can i add her straight away to the hospital tank I want to give her the med but worried about using it in the whole tank, the temp is right and got filter running added some old gravel how long to wait?

Hi, I used Interpet No9 for a fish with popeye. I treated the whole tank and everything was fine. I followed the instructions exactly. I phoned Interpet first as I have a Pleco and wanted to check for it's safety. One of their scientists said it would be ok. Hope that helps. That was about four weeks ago.

It should be fine i've used it on the whole tank, and with plecs and corys at full strength, it not a very strong med as if it was it would wipe he bacteria colony out, good luck.
