Meat Addicted Parrot Fish?

hi, i used to feed my parrot fish prawns everyday but i had to stop coz it was costing me a fortune. but now it has started to eat my other fish. Is it because they are aggresive or is it because its too used to meat. What would you suggest please.

i read that they are normally peaceful, to clear her name of fish eater so it may just be she's used to the meat. is she eating fish that are smaller than her? thanks. Its a real pain though. How do you sex them? In the past 2 months she has eaten 3 corys, one banjo, 1 angel fish, 3 danios, tetras.

This would explain it, really. Even herbivorous fish will try a taste of any other fish that can fit in their mouth, and blood parrots get fairly big.
