Mealworms Live Food

Do any one use mealwoms and waxworms instead of bloodworms. mealworms are rich in Crude Protein and fat aswell

I have done in the past (when my brother had a lizard) and other people use them, especially for larger fish.

i have only because i have a room full of lizards so i have mealworms to spare, i feed to my puffers every other day to vary they diet but you need either large fish to swallow them whole or small fish with teeth to eat the outer shell

i feed them to my baby oscars , they eat loads of them and its not done them any harm
