Me and my family are going to hawaii for 8 days and i was just wondering if i shut off every eletricity thing fo the tank will it waste any water will it are not:: B)

If you unplugged everything from your tank you wouldn't have a heater or filter which would cause the temp to drop (bad) and the filter to stagnate, and kill your bene bac, most likely causing an ammonia spike (very bad). Unless there's something else on your tank you're talking about.

Leave filters and heaters on... as far as airstones / bubble things, I'd probably turn them off... my fiancee lost half the water in his 55 gallon all over the basement floor when a air hose gauge thing got shifted or bumped or something (One of those multi line splitters?) And since the air was now going -out- instead of into the tank it ended up working like a mini python ... we came home after 4-5 hours of fun and found a mess. 6
