I would also like to know what you think of the tank

Nice tank! Is your tank under medication, or just tannins from the wood? Its not a very clear picture, but it looks good :good: remove the towel tho next time you take a photo.

Its from the wood. Iv dont tones of water changes but it doesnt really help so im not gonna worry about it. The towel was to stop the glare from the wooden desk its on. But thank you, once the water clears up and the plants shor growth i want to try for TOTM

Did you not soak the bogwood prior to adding it to your tank?
Looking good, from what I can see.

I did a bit, just not well enough. It shouldnt effect anything though, the water is just a bit brown

I have had some driftwood in my tank for almost eight years.. it still leaches tannins and I have to use carbon to keep it clear. Sometimes I just let it go. It really adds mood to the aquarium.

What do you mean

If you don't like the tannins try Seachem Purigen. Works great to get rid of the tannin color.
Yea i got some and put it in the bag then the filter, although im not 100% how to do that, there wasnt a lot of room in the aqueon filter, so it got pushed right up against the cartriage. Would that be alright? Also how long do you think it will take to clear up the water

I know youve all been waiting on it, and now the water is clear ad iv got a few more plants in it.

very nice :good:

loving the plants n wood :D

Very nice. The variegated plants are not aquatic though and will eventually end up rotting.
