Post of mine in the planted section, but I need help from people who know a thing or two about Africans.

You Could -

a) Take the plant out.
B) Try and feed them little and often and hope they aren`t hungry enough to have another nibble. (whether you want to change your fishes feeding regime to save a plant is another thing)
c) Try some different Mbuna.

Our of interest is it the nana variety ? is the larger leaved one is even tougher.

It is not nana, it is the larger one, I put some lettuce in the tank to try and persuade them away from the plants and thus far, no more carnage!
