Mayan Cichlid Tankmates?

hes a bit of a bully only picks on some of my fish so now he is on a tank of his own hes about 4" , tried a firemouth of similar size , he killed it , tried a port arca he killed it , I have a flowerhorn im debateing where to try its a bit smaller ,
I love my mayan hes a murderer thou
