I originally had a few issues with my Pengiun 330 and called them up. It sounded like the impeller was hitting the housing so they sent out a replacement impeller and housing, no charge.

Well, the Bio-Wheel on the 170 wasn't turning so I contacted them and they said to stick it in the tank and leave it till it sinks. Well, during this time one of the bearings dissappeared. I emailed and they said call or order it online. :/

So, today I get the mail and there is this package. I open it and there is a 15" bubble wand that had my name, address on the box, but different name, address on the shipping slip. So, being honest I pick up the phone and call to let them know what happened.

Well, I get to keep the bubble wand and they are sending replacement bearings! :)

Edit: The impeller and housing fixed the 330. It's silent now and the bio-wheel in the tank fixed the 170. :)
