Im thinking of buying a Red Sea Max.

I will use live sand and live rock.
Is it easy to maintain a Marine??
Would a lion fish be ok in that tank??

More freshwater and brackish people in the rest of the forum, but there's some knowledgeable people there. I did google the tank, and it's 34 gallons. A Volitan's lionfish would definitely not work in that tank, but there's a couple dwarf lionfish that only need about 30 gallons.

I agree, asking in the marine forum would be a good thing to do. A marine tank shouldn't be too hard to master for someone who's mastered freshwater keeping, or even for someone adventurous and hard-working who's a beginner but really has the desire. Definately quite a bit more expensive though!
